Re: Ofc. Gary Skerski, Phila PD
"How do you measure the worth of a man if he has no honor". Gary Skerski
lived this creed, he lived and served with honor and integrity. Gary lived
and exemplified the life that many of us could only aspire to live up to.
This city has lost a true hero, his wife has lost a good husband, his
children have lost a great dad, and this world has lost something we can
never retrieve, the innocence we take for granted everyday. Gary still walks
with us everyday, as long as we live in the shadow of his legacy. Respect
each other, love one another, watch over one another, and above all, live in
peace. Hello my brother in blue not goodbye for you are not gone as long as
you are in our hearts.
